Born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Joelle has always had a desire to help others. "My mother was constantly telling me as a little kid to stop mothering other kids! I always wanted to make sure everyone else was ok!"

Joelle got bit by the credit bug when she went to buy her first home. "I had no idea how bad my credit was. I did not like the feeling. I did not like how I was treated. I literally became obsessed with learning all I could about credit, turned my situation around, bought my house, and then started my business. I vowed that I would help as many people as I could not feel the way I was made to feel, like a second-class citizen."

Joelle has been in the credit and real estate industries combined for the last 15 years. She assembled the team when she realized people needed a knowledgeable solution for eliminating the obstacles that stand in the client's way of getting a pre-approval.
